CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things happen that might require you to change your appointment. We just ask for 48 hour notice if you need to cancel, otherwise there will be a 50% charge of your service total- no exceptions! This is essential to keeping our books full - last minute cancellations often times are not filled!
No shows will be charged in full. Credit/ debit card on file is required to book any appointment. Please also be mindful that being more than 15 minutes late may result in having to reschedule your appointment, or possibly not being able to complete all the services booked. If you are running 15 minutes or more late, please give us a call!
